I understand that for most people war news from Ukraine are no longer on the top of the list. Today is the 460th day of the war and I feel worse than ever. Kyiv has been attacked with missiles and drones 17 times in this month, most often in the middle of the night, which has kept me awake. I feel very anxious, depressed and have no idea how to get out of this state and find some positivity in this life.
I wanna take a break from social media and work on my mental health.
